I offer reiki sessions from my flat in south London, where I have a treatment table. Alternatively I can travel to your home (as long as it's in London) and the session can take place with you lying down on a couch or sitting in a chair.

 

We will have an opportunity to chat before the session. The reiki session itself will last around 45 minutes. Your only objective during the session is to try to relax, and I will lightly touch or hover my hands over your chakras (energy centres). We will again have an opportunity to chat further afterwards to discuss our experiences of the session.

 

Hopefully you will feel more relaxed and lighter after the session, and I will aim to provide you with some guidance as to how you can continue to feel this way in your daily life.
