Simple 'Rising Vibes' Distance Reiki (30 minutes)

During distance Reiki sessions you will be in the comfort of your own home and I will send you Reiki healing energy from a distance.

Your only objectives are to try to relax and get comfortable. I will you send you Reiki for around 30 minutes. You may feel a sense of deep relaxation and a feeling of warmth around/inside your body. You may drift off into a subconscious dreamlike state where you're able to intuit some clarity over a situation that you've been worrying about. At the very least you will hopefully feel more relaxed than before!
