Welcome to the Rising Vibes Reiki website. If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Rising Vibes Reiki's relationship with you in relation to this website. Refund & cancellation policy

Services

If you are unable to make your appointment, please inform us by emailing risingvibesreiki@gmail.com. If you provide notice of 24 hours or more, a full refund will be issued to you within 14 days. If you provide less than 24 hours notice then you will incur the full charge of the session.

If we are unable to make the appointment then a full refund will be issued to you.

The length of the sessions are estimates and may vary. If you are late for a session, we may not be able to provide the full length of a normal session. In such cases you will incur the full cost of the session.

Products

If you are not satisfied with your product(s) please inform us by emailing risingvibesreiki@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the product(s).

Please return the product(s) to Rising Vibes Reiki, F17B Du Cane Court, Balham High Road, London, SW17 7JN, UK within 14 days of informing us:

• If you are returning the product due to a style/size/colour issue, then you will be responsible for the cost of postage to return the product to us

• If you are returning the product due to a fault then we will pay the cost for you to return the product to us. This will be reimbursed to you on top of the refund

• Once we receive the product(s) back from you we will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the products back. The funds should reach your bank account within 5 working days of the payment being processed
